Paintings and drawings in any medium, and they must be ORIGINAL and unaided artworks of the artist, and must not breach any copyright. Entries must be completed within the last 12 months and must not have previously won a first prize award in any competition.

All artworks must be for sale. A 25% CommissioN PLUS 5% for CHARITY (see the letter attached to Entry Form) will be charged on all sales. Proceeds from sales will be settled within two weeks after clearance of payments.

Artists are invited to submit a maximum of TWO (2) entries only. Framed artworks must not exceed a total perimeter of 4 metres. (Larger artworks by negotiation only).

Paintings must be suitably framed and ready for hanging. A stretched canvas is considered framed. NO WET PAINTINGS will be accepted. NO CHANGE OF TITLE will be accepted after the submission of the entry. The organisers reserve the right to reject or withdraw any exhibit at any time.

All artworks are to be labelled on the back with the TITLE, MEDIUM, CATEGORY, PRICE, ARTIST’S NAME and PHONE details.

Entry Fee is $20 per painting. Fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

Entry Forms and Fees must be received by Wednesday 10 November. NO LATE ENTRIES will be accepted.

All artworks are to remain for the duration of the exhibition and the artist agrees to allow the organisers of the event to have non-exclusive rights of reproduction of images for the promotion of the Awards.

The judge’s decision is final.

No responsibility is taken for any artworks not collected by
12 noon Monday 20 December. Uncollected artworks may be deemed abandoned goods and may be disposed of by the organisers.

All care will be taken but the organisers will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of entries at the exhibition or in transit. It is recommended that artists insure their own artworks.

All expenses in conjunction with forwarding, packing and returning of entries must be borne by the artists.

Regional Entries: If consigning entries via post or courier, it is essential that a prepaid return voucher is included with the artworks. The prepaid voucher will be returned to the artist if the artwork is sold.

Due to quality or space restrictions, all entries may not be hung or displayed.

Receipt of entry fee payment will be issued on delivery of artworks.
